Description

Der Wahnbachtalsperrenverband (WTV) versorgt die Region Bonn/Rhein-Sieg/Eifel-Ahr mit Trinkwasser. Zu diesem Zweck betreibt der WTV zur Förderung und Speicherung des Trinkwassers unter anderem ein Pumpwerk / einen Hochbehälter in Alfter-Gielsdorf. Das Betriebsgebäude am Standort besitzt derzeit ein Flachdach mit einer ca. 30 Jahre alten Folienabdichtung, welches sich in einem schlechten Zustand befindet und daher erneuert werden soll. Die Dachfläche hat eine Größe von rund 610 m². Aus Gründen einer nachhaltigen und wartungsarmen Dachabdichtung, ist die Dacherneuerung mit einer Zink - Doppelstehfalzeindeckung geplant. Das neue Dach ist als Pultdach mit einem Gefälle von 10° und einem allseitigen Dachüberstand von 1,00 m konstruiert. Die Entwässerung erfolgt über eine außenliegende Dachrinne. Zum Schutz des Ringbalkens wird die neue Winkelstehfalzfassade bis zur Betonunterkante geführt. Die Konstruktion wurde so dimensioniert, dass eine nachträgliche Installation einer Photovoltaikanlage möglich ist.
