Очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі зазначена без урахування податку на додану вартість. Ціна у пропозиції постачальника подається без урахування податку на додану вартість та з урахуванням вартості всіх інших витрат, необхідних для виконання договору про закупівлю. Оцінка пропозицій постачальників проводиться без урахування податку на додану вартість. У сумі договору враховується податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник товару є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Поданням своєї ціни пропозиції постачальник підтверджує, що товар, який він пропонує, не є товаром Російської Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Постачальник при поставці Товару надає наступні супровідні документи: - видаткову накладну на Товар; - акцизну накладну; - податкову накладну на Товар, складену в електронній формі з дотриманням умови щодо реєстрації у порядку, визначеному законодавством України (надається у разі, якщо Постачальник є платником ПДВ); - товарно-транспортну накладну на Товар за формою 1-ТТН (нафтопродукт); - документ, який підтверджує якість запропонованого Товару (паспорт якості, або сертифікат якості, або паспорт заводу виробника, або висновок лабораторії тощо). Транспортування Товару проводиться Постачальником автомобільним транспортом (автоцистерною) згідно Інструкції про порядок приймання, транспортування, зберігання, відпуску та обліку нафти і нафтопродуктів на підприємствах і в організаціях України, затвердженої спільним наказом Міністерства палива та енергетики України, Міністерства економіки України, Міністерства транспорту та зв’язку України, Державного комітету України з питань технічного регулювання та споживчої політики України від 20 травня 2008 року № 281/171/578/155. Автомобільний транспорт (автоцистерна), що здійснює постачання Товару, повинна мати дійсне посвідчення про повірку засобу вимірювальної техніки Автоцистерни повинні бути опломбовані відповідно до діючих правил перевезення. При ушкоджених пломбах Замовник має право відмовитись від прийняття Товару. У такому випадку вважається, що Товар Постачальником в строк не поставлений.
