Environment, circular economy and resource efficiency; 12. Sustainable transport; 13. Labour market; 14. Health sector; 15. Social inclusion and integration; 16. Education and skills; 17. Fundamental rights; 18. Socio-economic analysis; 19. Evaluation, monitoring and indicators; 20. Territorial cooperation; 21. Interregional innovation partnerships; 22. Territorial development; 23. Financial instruments (Title IV CPR) and preparation and structuration of investment projects; 24. Governance and administrative capacity; 25. Enlargement (Chapter 22); 26. Communication adapted to specific regional and local circumstances; 27. Audit; 28. Tourism and culture.
