Le marché a pour objet les fournitures et les travaux nécessaires à : Construction ou rénovation de cabines de distribution ainsi que du matériel en réserve: Il comprend également :  la pose (les accessoires, les pièces spéciales et les raccords y compris) des câbles et des appareils renseignés au métré, aux plans ainsi qu'au présent cahier spécial des charges ;  toute réception par un organisme agréé des organes et installations devant subir ces examens avant la mise en service tel que prévus au RGIE même s’il ne les pas explicitement mentionné au métré récapitulatif. Les réceptions provisoires en cours de montage font partie de cette remarque générale.  l’entretien de tous les ouvrages pendant la durée des travaux, ainsi que pendant le délai de garantie;  en règle générale, tous les travaux et suggestions quelconques décrits aux métrés et aux plans pour obtenir des ouvrages répondants aux règles de l’art. Sauf stipulations contraires et explicites aux documents d’adjudication, chaque poste comprend toutes fournitures et main d'œuvre.
