Description
Le présent marché vise à conclure, à l’issue d’une procédure en deux phases, un accord-cadre avec un adjudicataire unique spécialisé dans : • L’élaboration de concepts d’aménagement et de plans d’aménagement d’espaces de bureaux ; • L’élaboration de plans d’exécution et d’un budget d’exécution correspondant ; • L’exécution et la coordination complètes des travaux d’aménagement, y compris le suivi du chantier d’aménagement des bureaux et des travaux structurels et d’ingénierie plus vastes ayant une incidence sur l’aménagement. Cela inclut notamment le suivi des travaux sur le chantier, la coordination avec les autres parties concernées et le contrôle de la qualité, la planification et le suivi du budget tout au long du processus ; • L’élaboration et l’exécution du plan de change management, notamment la transformation de l’environnement de travail et l’aide aux personnes et aux équipes à réussir la transition vers leur nouvel environnement de travail grâce à une approche participative ; • La planification, la coordination et l’exécution effective du déménagement dans les nouveaux bureaux.
