The Belgian National Lottery is procuring a framework agreement for 360-degree feedback services. The selected partner will provide a web-based tool allowing team leaders to receive structured feedback based on their self-assessment plus input from their own manager, team members and peers or colleagues. The National Lottery determines which respondent groups are surveyed in each feedback cycle. This is a two-phase procedure: candidates are first selected via a selection guide (phase 1), and only selected candidates are invited to submit an offer (phase 2). Phase 2 documents are provided for information only. Only the phase 1 application must be submitted via the e-Procurement platform.
