MICE - ORGANISATION ET RÉSERVATION DE RÉUNIONS D'ENTREPRISE, D'ÉVÉNEMENTS, D'ÉVÉNEMENTS HORS SITE, DE REPAS EN EXTÉRIEUR ET SERVICES CONNEXES et TAILSPEND - ACHATS DE VALEUR LIMITÉE bpost souhaite désigner un adjudicataire chargé de gérer, d'organiser et de réserver divers événements d'entreprise. Cela inclut des réunions de grande et de petite envergure, des événements hors site, des repas en extérieur et tous les services annexes. Le marché vise la fourniture d'un service complet, réactif, diversifié, efficace, de qualité et visant l'économie de coût. L'adjudicataire effectuera ces réservations en son nom et pour son propre compte. Le « tail spend » désigne les achats de faible valeur qui sont souvent répartis entre plusieurs fournisseurs.
