Leveringsopdracht voor de oprichting van een raamovereenkomst voor de aanschaf van diverse meubelen Dit perceel betreft de aankoop van diverse meubels zoals vergadertafels, tafels voor ontvangstruimten, bureautafels, hoge en/of lage kasten, garderobekasten, kluisjes of lockers, ladekasten, en akoestische panelen en/of scheidingswanden, … bestemd voor gedeelde of niet-gedeelde ruimtes, zonder uit te sluiten dat er sleutelklare kantoorinrichtingsprojecten kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Dit nieuwe meubilair zal worden geleverd en gemonteerd in nieuwe en/of reeds bestaande/gemeubileerde ruimtes. In dit kader zal een samenhang en compatibiliteit met het bestaande meubilair worden gevraagd, zowel qua esthetiek als functionaliteit/modulariteit. Verdere informatie zal worden verstrekt in het bijzonder bestek. Dit perceel kan ook onderhoudsdiensten voor de leveringen omvatten (bijvoorbeeld kleine reparaties zoals het vervangen van een handvat, slot, scharnier, ...) of het ophalen van oude meubels.; Dit perceel omvat de aankoop van ergonomische, verstelbare stoelen voor de kantoren, loketten en andere werkomgevingen. Deze stoelen zijn zo ontworpen dat ze de gebruikers een optimaal comfort en optimale ondersteuning bieden, of ze nu er kort of lang op moeten zitten. Ze kunnen worden aangeboden met of zonder extra accessoires (armleuningen, verstelbare lendensteunen, hoofdsteunen, …) om in te spelen op een ruim gamma behoeftes en werkconfiguraties. Houd er rekening mee dat dit perceel ook het herbekleden van stoelen kan omvatten of het ophalen van oude stoelen.; Dit perceel omvat de aankoop van andere soorten zitmeubilair, zoals al dan niet stapelbare stoelen, krukjes en verschillende andere zitoplossingen. Deze zitmeubelen zijn bedoeld voor verschillende ruimtes, zoals vergaderzalen, eetruimtes, gedeelde ruimtes en onthaal- en ontvangstruimtes voor bezoekers. Houd er rekening mee dat dit perceel ook het herbekleden van stoelen/zitmeubelen kan omvatten of het ophalen van oude zittingen.
