Description

Objet des services : o Installation, location annuelle et entretien annuel (préventif et correctif) d’extincteurs portatifs et des extincteurs placés dans les cabines à haute-tension. Les contrats d’entretien sont de type omnium. Au terme de la première année du marché, l’entièreté du parc d’extincteurs portatifs doit avoir été remplacé par un extincteur en location dans chaque bâtiment. o Entretien annuel des extincteurs automatiques fixes (préventif et correctif) intégrés aux hottes des cuisines. o Les extincteurs à poudre doivent être automatiquement remplacés par des extincteurs à mousse en location. Quelques extincteurs à poudre restent prévus dans l’accord-cadre, pour des cas exceptionnels. o Entretien annuel (préventif et correctif) des bornes incendie, des hydrants, des dévidoirs (RIA) et de leurs éventuels accessoires. Les hydrants actuels restent en place et sont, si nécessaire, complétés par des dévidoirs (RIA). o Le pouvoir adjudicateur doit pouvoir contrôler à distance les prestations effectuées par lieu de prestation (suivi des commandes et des maintenances, téléchargement des bordereaux de vérification, téléchargement des attestations d’assurance, téléchargement des parcs extincteurs) via une application ou un site en ligne.
