Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance des portes résistant au feu, portillons résistant au feu et issues de secours équipant les immeubles du patrimoine, ainsi que de l'ensemble de leurs accessoires de quincaillerie, de serrurerie et d'huisserie. Les prestations susceptibles d'être commandées comprennent : - la maintenance préventive : contrôles, vérifications, lubrification, réglages, ajustement des jeux et réparations mineures, selon les périodicités et la liste de contrôle minimale fixées aux prescriptions techniques ; - la maintenance corrective : dépannage, réparation, remise en état ou remplacement de composants à la suite d'un dysfonctionnement, d'une dégradation ou d'une non-conformité constatée ; - la remise en état et, lorsque celle-ci s'avère nécessaire, le remplacement d'équipements, en ce compris le remplacement complet d'un bloc-porte résistant au feu comprenant le vantail, l'huisserie, l'ébrasement et les accessoires associés ; - le placement de portes résistant au feu, portillons et issues de secours ; - les prestations administratives associées : tenue à jour de l'inventaire, planification, rapports d'intervention et rapports périodiques. Les prestations portent sur l'ensemble des équipements repris à l'inventaire figurant en annexe C, indépendamment de leur marque, de leur modèle ou de leur fabricant. Les prescriptions techniques auxquelles doivent répondre les fournitures sont reprises aux points III du présent cahier spécial des charges. Par son offre, le soumissionnaire retenu s’engage à réaliser les services en conformité avec ces prescriptions.
