Le marché a pour objet de faire appel à un service externe agréé pour la prévention et protection au travail (S.E.P.P.), dans le but d’assurer : 1. Le rôle de conseiller en prévention compétent dans le cadre de la surveillance médicale, 2. Le rôle de conseiller en prévention compétent dans le cadre de la protection contre la violence et le harcèlement moral et sexuel au travail, 3. Le rôle de conseiller en prévention compétent dans le cadre de la charge psychosociale au travail, 4. Le rôle de conseiller en prévention compétent dans le cadre de l’ergonomie, 5. Le rôle de conseiller en prévention compétent dans le cadre de l’hygiène et sécurité au travail 6. Missions et tâches spécifiques relatives à tout autre aspect dans le cadre du bien-être des travailleurs, Et ce pour l’ensemble du personnel d’in BW. En outre, le marché a également pour objet de faire appel à un conseiller externe en prévention, en matière de gestion des risques, en appui du service interne de prévention et de protection au travail selon les modalités prévues dans le présent document. Sous peine de nullité, le soumissionnaire doit remettre offre pour l’entièreté des éléments.
