De onderhavige opdracht betreft gespecialiseerde bijstand aan het directoraat-generaal Luchtvaart en meer bepaald aan de dienst Medische Expertise namens de Federale Overheidsdienst Mobiliteit en Vervoer inzake toepassing van de Europese regelgeving met betrekking tot de medische geschiktheid van piloten, luchtverkeersleiders en cabinepersoneel, en meer precies: - van de Europese regelgeving EC 1178/2011 die onder andere de voorwaarden bepaalt voor de afgifte van certificaten voor de medische beoordelaren, de afgifte van medische certificaten voor piloten en de medische rapporten van cabinepersoneel; - van de Europese regelgeving EC 1178/2011 die bepalen onder andere de voorwaarden; - voor de afgifte van certificaten voor de medische beoordelaren, de afgifte van medische certificaten voor piloten en de medische rapporten van cabinepersoneel; - certificaten voor piloten en de medische rapporten van cabinepersoneel; - van het Koninklijk Besluit van 12 juli 2013 regelende de verificatie van de voorwaarden voor de fysieke en geestelijke geschiktheid van de vlieg- en cabinebemanningsleden van de burgerluchtvaart, evenals de luchtverkeersleiders; - het koninklijk besluit van 25 oktober 2013 tot vaststelling van de jaarlijkse vergoeding waarop het gebruik van de openbaren diensten voor de luchtvaartnavigatie onderworpen is. In dit kader zoekt het Directoraat-generaal Luchtvaart 2 Medische deskundigen die belast zullen worden met: - de evaluatie van de medische dossiers; - de beslissingen in het kader van dossiers die zijn voorgelegd aan de Secondary Review Board; - de erkenning van AeMC’s en AME’s; - toezicht op AeMC's en AME's. De gekozen procedure is de openbare procedure. De opdracht is niet verdeeld in percelen. Dit is een opdracht tegen prijslijst ((K.B. van 18 april 2017, art. 2, lid 4). Varianten zijn niet toegelaten. Opties zijn niet toegelaten.
