Il s'agit d'un marché public de services de nettoyage de bâtiments scolaires qui comprend deux lots : - nettoyage général des bâtiments - nettoyage des vitres Ce lot comporte 4 postes : Poste 1 : Le nettoyage journalier des locaux des bâtiments A et B ainsi que des pavillons situés à Woluwe-St-Lambert, Chaussée de Stockel 270. En ce compris : le personnel de nettoyage et d’encadrement, la gestion des consommables, la gestion des équipements nécessaires, la gestion des déchets. Poste 2 : Le grand nettoyage durant les vacances scolaires. • Poste 3 : Le grand nettoyage durant les grandes vacances. Poste 4 : service de nettoyage en régie : Le présent marché comporte également des heures de prestation en régie. Le soumissionnaire est tenu de mentionner dans son offre le prix d'une heure de prestation pour tout service en régie. Ce poste est à bons de commande, sans engagement de la part du pouvoir adjudicateur, en raison de l’incertitude portant sur l’évaluation quantitative et le rythme du besoin global à satisfaire. Au stade de l’exécution du marché, des bons de commande successifs vont être émis par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure que ces besoins se préciseront. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve le droit de commander sans obligation de quantité globale.; Ce lot comporte 3 postes : Poste 1 : Nettoyage des vitres des sas d’entrée des bâtiments A et B, deux fois par an aux congés d’automne et de détente. Poste 2 : Nettoyage des vitres de l’ensemble des bâtiments A et B ainsi que des pavillons une fois par an, durant les grandes vacances. Poste 3 : Service de nettoyage des vitres en régie.
