Le marché public a pour objet la prestation de service de nettoyage pour certains établissements de la Commune de Quévy. Le présent marché de services est fractionné en tranches fermes et conditionnelles. Bien que la conclusion du marché porte sur l'ensemble du marché, elle n'engage le pouvoir adjudicateur que pour les tranches fermes. L'exécution de chaque tranche conditionnelle est subordonnée à une décision du pouvoir adjudicateur portée à la connaissance de l'adjudicataire selon les modalités prévues dans le présent cahier des charges. La tranche ferme : Les prestations de service de nettoyage et de désinfection concernant les établissements suivants : • Milieu d’accueil « les Canaillous » situé à rue de Malplaquet 16 à Aulnois • Milieu d’accueil « les P’tits Filous » situé à rue de Frameries 44 à Quévy-le-Petit • Milieu d’accueil « les Écureuils » situé à rue Louis Piérard 63 à Bougnies La tranche conditionnelle : Les prestations de service de nettoyage concernent les établissements suivants : • L’école communale d’Aulnois située à rue de Malplaquet 16 à Aulnois + les modules pré-fabriqués • L’école communale de Quévy-le-Petit située à rue de Frameries 44 à Quévy-le-Petit • L’école communale de Bougnies située à rue Louis Piérard 63 à Bougnies L’objectif principal est d’assurer un aspect agréable, une propreté visuelle et effective, un niveau d’hygiène et de salubrité répondant aux exigences techniques, tout en veillant à respecter l’environnement.
