Le présent marché porte sur un accord cadre relatif à la prestation de services d’un Service externe pour la prévention et la protection au travail (SEPPT) au profit de la Chambre des représentants, du Sénat, des institutions dotés d’une dotation dépendant du pouvoir législatif fédéral ou hébergés dans ses bâtiments, la Cour des Comptes et la Cour Constitutionnelle. Ces institutions peuvent, individuellement ou en groupe, conclure un marché avec l’adjudicataire choisi sur la base du présent accord cadre, sans y être toutefois obligés. Chacune des institutions précitées peut également conclure un contrat en dehors de cet accord cadre, sous réserve de ce qui suit.
