La présente procédure a pour but de désigner, pour chacun des 2 lots, un prestataire de services avec lequel sera conclu un Accord-cadre au bénéfice duquel les Pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires (ci-après PAB), pourront passer des Commandes suivant la procédure définie aux Clauses contractuelles et aux prix unitaires fixés dans l’Offre. L’Accord-cadre a pour objet des services de courtage et de consultance en matière d’assurances, au bénéfice des PAB et leurs entités/sites satellites. Lot 1 - Courtage des assurances de personnes, d’activités et de gouvernance Ce lot 1 porte sur les polices d’assurance suivantes : • Assurance accident du travail • Assurance RC exploitation, RC après livraison et protection juridique • Assurance accidents corporels des participants et volontaires • Assurance RC des dirigeants; Lot 2 - Courtage des assurances de patrimoine, techniques et de mobilité Ce lot 2 porte sur les 4 polices d’assurance suivantes : • Assurance incendie • Assurance tous risques électroniques • Assurance automobile • Assurance RC objective en cas d’incendie et d’explosion
