Accord-cadre pour un réviseur des entreprises pour Sciensano et un auditeur dans le cadres des projets européens de Sciensano Désignation d'un réviseur d'entreprises pour une période de trois (3) exercices comptables consécutifs afin de satisfaire aux dispositions légales relatives au contrôle des bilans et des comptes de résultats. La mission comprend la clôture de l'exercice de Sciensano pour les exercices 2026 - 2027 - 2028.; Désignation d'un bureau d'audit chargé de contrôler les projets européens au sein de Sciensano. L'auditeur formera et exprimera une opinion experte et sincère sur la base d'un travail d'audit ciblé et méticuleux des projets de l'UE et conformément à la législation européenne applicable. - Ce lot sera conclu avec deux entreprises.Avant d'attribuer un audit d'un projet, le pouvoir adjudicateur s'informera de la disponibilité de l'adjudicataire et attribuera le projet à la société ayant la capacité et la rapidité de réponse les plus élevées. L'adjudicataire peut également être appelé à la suite de défaillances du premier adjudicataire par exemple en raison de l'absence de personnel, d'un cas de force majeure, de problèmes de capacité ou du non-respect du délai d'exécution prédéterminé.
