Deze opdracht betreft de eerste fase van het project met betrekking tot de technische studie betreffende het in conformiteit stellen van de elektrische installaties van de volgende vestigingen van Sciensano en dit op basis van de rapporten van erkende instanties: ? Sciensano E014: Juliette Wytsmanstraat 14 - 1050 Elsene ? Sciensano U099: Groeselenberg 99 - 1180 Ukkel ? Sciensano U642: Engelandstraat 642 - 1180 Ukkel Deze eerste fase bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit een globaal onderzoek (technische studie) dat moet worden uitgevoerd met het oog op de voorbereiding van de effectieve aanpassingswerken aan onze installaties: ? Analyse van auditrapporten en prioritering van inbreuken; ? Opstellen van de berekeningsnota (Elec calc, Caneco of andere); ? Situatieschema's ? Blokschema's van de bestaande installaties; ? Eéndraadschema's van de bestaande schakelkasten op basis van metingen ter plaatse; ? Opstellen van een inventaris overzicht met de corrigerende maatregelen om de non-conformiteiten op te lossen + budgettaire raming. o Dienstdoend als inventaris in de volgende opdrachten voor de effectieve uitvoering van de werken Een globaal onderzoek (technische studie) dat moet worden uitgevoerd met het oog op de voorbereiding van de effectieve aanpassingswerken aan onze installaties: ?
