Belgium - Insurance services - Framework agreement for renewing insurance portfolios of several employers in the socio-professional integration sector

A Belgian contracting authority is seeking a framework agreement for insurance services, covered by CPV codes 66510000-8 and following. The purpose is to hold a tender exclusively open to insurance companies licensed by the FSMA, in order to renew various insurance policies for the buyer itself and for other non-profit associations or professional federations in its sector, subject to public procurement law. The contract is divided into six lots: work-related accidents and excess-statutory cover, civil liability (operations, after-delivery, entrusted goods, professional, legal protection and common law), D&O liability for directors, objective civil liability, property damage (fire and all-risks IT, office, audiovisual and cold room equipment), and omnium cover.
