Il porte sur une réflexion urbanistique et paysagère globale d’aménagement (sur le long terme) de l’ensemble de l’ilot urbain constitué par la Rue des Thermes Romains, la Rue des Déportés et la Rue du Verger à Arlon, ainsi que la conception et le suivi de l’exécution d’un nouvel espace public de qualité en intérieur d’ilot portant plus particulièrement sur le site des anciens thermes romains et de l’ancien moulin d’Arlon. Ce marché de services est divisé en tranches : - tranche 1 - tranche ferme : Stade masterplan - tranche 2 - 1ère tranche conditionnelle : Stade esquisse - tranche 3 - 2ème tranche conditionnelle : Stade avant-projet - tranche 4 - 3ème tranche conditionnelle : Stade projet - tranche 5 - 4ème tranche conditionnelle : Stade chantier et ce, jusqu’à la réception définitive
