Entretien des abords "Espaces verts" des bâtiments de SPI : Le présent cahier des charges régit un marché de service pluriannuel prenant cours à dater de la notification pour une durée de 4 ans (4 saisons d'entretien) qui a pour objet l'entretien principal des abords des bâtiments de SPI, à savoir : - tonte de pelouse ; - taille des haies et arbustes ; - nettoyage des zones de circulation ; - ramassage des feuilles ; - ..... ; Ces prestations sont réalisées sur base du planning fourni par le prestataire de service. Elles sont réalisées par du personnel qualifié possédant les compétences requises pour les travaux demandés. La liste des bâtiments concernés est reprise au métré récapitulatif. Cette liste peut subir des modifications en cours de contrat suite notamment à la vente de bâtiment. Le prestataire de services ne pourra, de ce chef, réclamer aucune indemnité. Si cependant, un bâtiment devait être ajouté à la liste, il ferait l'objet d'un avenant au présent contrat. De même, en cas de divergence significative entre le relevé fourni en annexe C du cahier des charges et la réalité, un avenant devra être établi. Par le fait du dépôt de son offre, le prestataire de services est censé connaître parfaitement la disposition des lieux, leur état, les possibilités d'accès aux bâtiments et équipements. Le présent marché constitue un accord cadre, pour lequel le Pouvoir Adjudicateur peut communiquer des quantités, celles-ci étant amenées à fluctuer en fonction des ventes des bâtiments à des entreprises, des acquisitions éventuelles ou de toute autre décision émanant du Pouvoir Adjudicateur. L'entretien s'effectuera en fonction des besoins. L'ensemble des fournitures nécessaires à la complète réalisation du présent marché sera prise en charge par l'adjudicataire. Les coûts des déplacements sont à comprendre dans le prix. Ne sont pas comprises dans ce forfait, des interventions ponctuelles qui feront l’objet d’un devis ou non en fonction de l’importance du travail. En outre, des travaux ponctuels pourront être demandés au prestaire, du même type que ceux repris dans l’entretien courant des abords, mais pourront consister aussi en des travaux d’élagage, d’abattage d’arbres, d’aménagement ou réaménagement de parterres, placement de barrières forestières, d’aménagement de pelouse, …
