Description

La SNCB dispose d'un réseau de 300 à 350 installations pour la signalétique numérique/narrowcasting réparties sur plus de 100 sites en Belgique. Cette solution, B-Vision, est un outil essentiel pour la SNCB afin d'informer ses employés sur le terrain (accompagnateurs de train, conducteurs de train, personnel dans les gares et ateliers, etc.). Le contenu diffusé sur les écrans se compose en partie de contenu Corporate et en partie de contenu local/opérationnel. Plusieurs centaines de créateurs de contenu, provenant de toutes les directions de la SNCB, peuvent publier du contenu avec différents niveaux de droits : certains peuvent publier du contenu sur un seul écran, d'autres sur une partie (par exemple, tous les écrans des conducteurs de train) ou sur l'ensemble du réseau. Le contenu est ciblé au niveau d'une installation individuelle (par exemple, des informations spécifiques pour les employés d'un dépôt particulier de conduite de train, de contrôle de train,…). La communication se fait pour les employés en néerlandais, en français et en anglais. La SNCB souhaite procéder au remplacement de son logiciel existant pour l'affichage numérique/narrowcasting dans ses bâtiments et mettre en œuvre un outil prêt à l'emploi, avec le moins de personnalisations possible. La SNCB recherche un partenaire capable de fournir le logiciel et les services d'implémentation pour ce logiciel (configuration de l'outil, éventuelles personnalisations pour répondre aux exigences, accompagnement, documentation, formation, maintenance et support). Le nouveau logiciel devra fonctionner sur le matériel existant (mini-PC avec écrans) et sur le nouveau matériel qui sera progressivement déployé (écrans à système sur puce). // Tous les membres de l'équipe projet chargée de l'implémentation de l'outil de signalétique numérique doivent maîtriser au moins couramment l'une des deux langues nationales (néerlandais ou français). L'anglais ne sera pas la langue de travail avec le client interne de la SNCB. // Hors du champ d'application : le remplacement du matériel ne fait pas partie du marché.
