Le présent marché a pour objet la fourniture, l’installation, la mise en service, la maintenance ainsi que la formation du personnel à l’utilisation de quatre injecteurs destinés à l’imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM), ainsi que la fourniture des consommables associés nécessaires à leur fonctionnement. Ces équipements sont destinés au service d’imagerie médicale des Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc. Le marché comprend également l’ensemble des prestations nécessaires au bon fonctionnement, à la sécurité d’utilisation et à la continuité de service des équipements sur toute la durée du marché. L’attention des soumissionnaires est attirée sur le fait que le pouvoir adjudicateur attachera une importance particulière à l’optimisation du coût global d’utilisation des équipements sur la durée du marché, incluant notamment le coût des consommables, des prestations de maintenance ainsi que des conditions d’exploitation des injecteurs. Durée du marché Le marché est conclu pour une durée initiale de quatre (4) ans à compter de sa notification. Il pourra être reconduit tacitement par périodes successives d’un (1) an, sans que la durée totale du marché ne puisse excéder dix (10) ans. La reconduction est limitée à six (6) périodes d’un (1) an chacune. Le pouvoir adjudicateur se réserve la faculté de ne pas reconduire le marché, sans indemnité, moyennant notification adressée au titulaire dans un délai raisonnable avant l’échéance en cours. La non-reconduction ne confère aucun droit à indemnisation au profit du titulaire.
