- La fourniture, l'installation physique et informatique et la mise en route des équipements, - L’approvisionnement en consommables associés, - Les formations, - La maintenance omnium et assistance technique desdits équipements. - Options exigées : • Connexion au LIS Glims V10 de Clinisys • Lecteur de tigette (back-up) sur le site de Marie Curie L’Adjudicateur entend par équipements : - Plateforme urinaire composée d’un lecteur de tigettes et d’un lecteur de sédiments urinaires - Trois lecteurs de tigettes urinaires en stand alone (sites de Vésale, du CSF et un back up pour l’hôpital de Marie Curie) - La solution hardware nécessaire à leur bon fonctionnement si pas d’installation possible sur un hardware proposé par l’équipe informatique du CHU de Charleroi, - Le software et le middleware nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’équipement. L’Adjudicateur entend par consommables : - Les réactifs, - Les tigettes réactives, - Les QC de haut niveau, - Les QC de bas niveau, - Les calibrateurs, - Les éventuels diluants, tampons, solutions de précipitation et/ou de rinçage, - Les éventuels disposables (cuvettes, etc.) Lieux de livraison : - QR magasin général de l'hôpital Marie Curie, Route du Centre à 6042 Lodelinsart - QR magasin général de l'hôpital André Vésale, Rue de Gozée 706 à 6110 Montigny-Le-Tilleul - QR magasin général de l’hôpital du Centre de Santé des Fagnes, Boulevard Louise 18 à 6460 Chimay
