La Sambrienne est la Société de Logement de Service Public (SLSP) de Charleroi et Gerpinnes. Depuis ses actes fondateurs, il y a 100 ans, elle a évolué avec sa région et son secteur. Son patrimoine de près de 10.000 logements et les quelques 18.000 personnes qui les habitent en font la plus importante des 62 SLSP de Wallonie agrées par la Société Wallonne du Logement (SWL). Acteurs incontournables de la politique communale du logement, notre société et ses 200 travailleurs passionnés défendent chaque jour nos valeurs d’innovation, d’éthique et de saine gestion, au profit de nos missions principales : • louer des logements aux personnes les plus précarisées, • construire et rénover des logements destinés à la location ou à la vente et • accueillir les candidats-locataires et locataires en leur fournissant un accompagnement social.   Le présent marché a principalement pour objet le dépôt de déchets dans un centre de tri agréé ainsi que la mise à disposition de conteneurs suivant les besoins de l’adjudicateur. L’ensemble des prestations sont détaillées en partie III du présent cahier spécial des charges.
