Description

Le présent marché prend la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande. Il a pour objet la fourniture de vins pour le compte de la Commission communautaire française (pouvoir adjudicateur), destiné à la section œnologie et au restaurant d'application de l'Institut Roger Lambion, et notamment aux établissements scolaires et institutionnels relevant de la COCOF. Les produits commandés répondent à une double finalité : • Pédagogique : supports de cours pour l'étude des cépages, des terroirs et des techniques de dégustation ; • Opérationnelle : approvisionnement courant du restaurant d'application de l'Institut Roger Lambion ainsi que des autres établissements de la COCOF ayant recours au présent accord-cadre. Le marché est divisé en 13 lots, tels que définis dans l'inventaire technique des références (Annexe 1). Cet inventaire comprend un total de 132 références, structurées selon une nomenclature de 5 catégories de prix (de A à E). Les plafonds HTVA par catégorie sont détaillés dans la grille des catégories (Annexe 6) et rappelés à l'article 7 du présent cahier des charges. Vins de Champagne et Coteaux Champenois; Méditerranée orientale, Balkans et Europe de l'Est; Vins locaux (Belgique, Luxembourg, Suisse); Amériques et Océanie; Afrique et Moyen-Orient; Bourgogne et Beaujolais; Bordeaux et Sud-Ouest; L'Axe Méditerranéen (Rhône, Languedoc-Roussillon, Provence, Corse); La France Septentrionale et des Montagnes; L'Italie; Espagne; Portugal; Europe germanique et centrale (Allemagne, Autriche, Hongrie, Rép. tchèque/Slovaquie)
