NMBS Technics in Belgium is procuring the continuity and further development of a GPS tracking system used for near real-time monitoring of around 1,750 containers in Europe equipped with GPS trackers. The contract includes taking over existing trackers and Sigfox/NB-IoT subscriptions, integrating a new backend, migrating existing data and metadata, and managing installed BLE sensors for temperature, humidity and fill level, including alert mechanisms. It also covers supplying new GPS trackers and sensors with subscriptions, web platform and mobile app visualisation, estimated annual equipment purchases, and optional integration of functions directly into the trackers.
