Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van zowel verse vis, diepvries als gerookte en gepaneerde vis voor een periode van maximaal vijf jaar. Dit wil zeggen dat de opdracht is onderverdeeld in een basisopdracht en vier verlengingen die elk 12 maanden looptijd bedragen. Deze raamovereenkomst wordt afgesloten voor de interne klant "Centrale Keuken" van de Welzijnsvereniging Sleutelzorg Temse, zij voorzien de dienstverlening naar tal van residentiële inwoners. Alle aangeboden vis is graatloos volgens de Codex Alimentarius, van hoge kwaliteit en categoriek met ruime houdbaarheidsdatum. De inschrijver garandeert in de uitgebreidheid van zijn aanbod, wat inhoudt dat andere catalogusartikelen buiten deze vermeld in de inventaris verkrijgbaar zijn.
