Description

VRT wenst een raamcontract af te sluiten voor het aankopen en inhuren van goederen en diensten voor het realiseren van live streaming van audio en video via publieke of private netwerken met toepassing van verschillende gebundelde IP verbindingen (bonding). Deze IP verbindingen kunnen zowel publieke of private cellulaire technologieën zijn, satelliet verbindingen, wifi, bekabeld ethernet of een combinatie hiervan. De aangeboden oplossing dient uit een compacte zendunit te bestaan die deze bonding technologie toepast en een ontvangstunit die de verschillende IP stromen terug kan samenvoegen (de-bonden). Het bonden en de-bonden van IP stromen heeft als doel de beschikbare bandbreedte te verhogen en om zo efficient mogelijk gebruik te maken van de beschikbare verbindingen. Mechanisme moeten ook voorhanden zijn om packet loss, te grote vertragingen of andere storingen te voorkomen om zo tot een meer veerkrachtige oplossing te komen.
