Description

Deze opdracht betreft een gezamenlijke overheidsopdracht voor diensten ten behoeve van Fondation Kanal en haar agentschappen: • AGENCE KANAL F&B (Food & Beverage) SRL (KBO 1014.559.919) verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de exploitatie van de vijf horecagelegenheden in het KANAL-museum (Bar-Brasserie, Restaurant, Boulangerie, Kiosque et Rooftop); • AGENCE KANAL EXPERIENCE SRL (KBO 1016.885.246) verantwoordelijk voor het onthaalpersoneel en de publieksbegeleiders, het beheer van de toegangsgelden tot de site, de detailhandelsruimten (de shop en de culture market), de publicaties en hostingevents; • AGENCE KANAL HOSPITALITY SRL (KBO 1016.905.933) verantwoordelijk voor de tijdelijke terbeschikkingstelling van ruimtes ten behoeve van de organisatie van evenementen en de levering van daarmee samenhangende diensten, alsmede met de B2B-verkoop van gecombineerde aanbiedingen; • AGENCE KANAL DEVELOPMENT SRL (KBO 1021.790.575) belast met sponsoring, partnerschappen, mecenaat en advertentiebeheer. De opdracht betreft een overheidsopdracht voor verzekeringsdiensten. CPV-classificatie van de diensten: 66510000-8. Deze opdracht heeft tot doel verzekeringsovereenkomsten te sluiten op het gebied van personenverzekeringen, materiële schadeverzekeringen, burgerlijke aansprakelijkheidsverzekeringen en motorrijtuigenverzekeringen. De opdracht is onderverdeeld in 3 percelen:  Perceel 1: Personenverzekeringen;  Perceel 2: Materiële schadeverzekeringen (dit perceel omvat niet de brandverzekering van het KANAL-museum; hiervoor zal later een specifieke aanbesteding worden uitgeschreven);  Perceel 3: Aansprakelijkheids- en Motorrijtuigenverzekeringen. Deze opdracht is voorbehouden aan verzekeringsmaatschappijen. De raming waarmee rekening moet worden gehouden, is de raming die is vermeld in het bestek dat aan de geselecteerde kandidaten wordt toegezonden.; Dit perceel omvat niet de brandverzekering van het KANAL-museum; hiervoor zal later een specifieke aanbesteding worden uitgeschreven.; Aansprakelijkheids- en Motorrijtuigenverzekeringen.
