Het aanstellen van een dienstverlener die zal instaan voor het beheer, de ondersteuning en de verdere ontwikkeling van de SAP-omgeving binnen de groep Antwerpen. Dit perceel omvat het beheer, onderhoud, de optimalisatie en de gerelateerde opdrachten met betrekking tot SAP SuccessFactors en de daaronder vallende HR-processen en -oplossingen. De dienstverlening omvat zowel operationeel en projectmatig beheer als operationele ondersteuning, adviesverlening, configuratie, wijzigingsbeheer en optimalisatie binnen de scope van SAP SuccessFactors.; Dit perceel omvat het beheer, onderhoud, de optimalisatie en de gerelateerde opdrachten met betrekking tot S/4HANA ERP Core (alle kernprocessen behalve HR) en SAP Ariba. Het perceel omvat zowel operationeel en projectmatig beheer als operationele ondersteuning, adviesverlening, configuratie, wijzigingsbeheer en optimalisatie binnen deze componenten en hun onderlinge samenhang. (FI/CO, Treasury, Asset Accounting, MM, SD, PS, EWM, SAP Ariba); Dit perceel omvat twee onderscheiden maar samenhangende domeinen: - Applicatiebeheer • het beheer, onderhoud, de optimalisatie en gerelateerde opdrachten met betrekking tot de applicaties OTAS, SAP Datasphere, SAP Enable Now en SAP Analytics Cloud - Technisch platformbeheer (SAP BTP) • het beheer, de configuratie en de operationele ondersteuning van platformdiensten binnen SAP BTP, waaronder: o applicatieontwikkelingsdiensten (incl. low-code/no-code omgevingen zoals BTP Build) o integratiediensten, waaronder SAP Integration Suite o datadiensten en analytische platformcomponenten o Identity & Access Management (IAM), inclusief authenticatie, autorisatie en identity provisioning • Het technisch platformbeheer omvat eveneens: o het beheer en de installatie van certificaten (incl. lifecycle management en renewals) o het beheer, de configuratie en het patchen van connectivitycomponenten, waaronder SAP Cloud Connector en gelijkaardige integratiecomponenten o het waarborgen van veilige communicatie tussen platform en gekoppelde systemen Beide domeinen maken integraal deel uit van dit perceel en worden uitgevoerd door dezelfde opdrachtnemer. De opdrachtnemer waarborgt de samenhang tussen beide lagen en staat in voor een geïntegreerde dienstverlening. Hij treedt op als end-to-end verantwoordelijke voor zowel applicatie- als platformbeheer binnen dit perceel.; Dit perceel beoogt de samenstelling van een pool van opdrachtnemers voor de uitvoering van toekomstige SAP-gerelateerde projecten en opdrachten die niet expliciet vervat zijn binnen de scope van de overige percelen binnen deze opdracht. Het betreft zowel technische als functionele opdrachten, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot implementaties, uitbreidingen, optimalisaties en ad-hoc projectmatige ondersteuning binnen het SAP-landschap.
