Description

De diensten omvatten ondersteuning bij de procesbegeleiding en de communicatie over het geactualiseerde Sigmaplan en de verschillende onderliggende deelprojecten binnen dit geactualiseerde Sigmaplan. De ondersteuning kan ruwweg in volgende categorieën worden onderverdeeld: - Procesbegeleiding van het Sigmaplan: o het opvolgen, implementeren en faciliteren van de processtructuur en de overlegstructuur van het Sigmaplan; o het detacheren van een bediende/communicatiemedewerker (minimum 2 dagen/week) naar de kantoren van de opdrachtgever voor het uitvoeren van communicatieondersteunende taken; o het voorbereiden, organiseren en houden van maandelijks communicatieoverleg met de opdrachtgever; o het organisatorisch en inhoudelijk begeleiden van diverse terreinbezoeken aan allerhande deelprojecten van het Sigmaplan; - Strategische communicatie van het Sigmaplan: o het periodiek evalueren en bepalen van de communicatiestrategie bij het Sigmaplan; o het ad hoc organiseren van infomarkten en persmomenten; o het verlenen van specifiek (strategisch) communicatieadvies op vraag van de aanbestedende overheid; - Uitvoerende communicatie van het Sigmaplan: o het opstellen, opmaken, produceren, beheren, actualiseren en optimaliseren van allerhande digitale en niet-digitale publicaties (o.a. website, powerpointpresentaties, folders, brochures, jaarverslagen, persberichten, bewonersbrieven, e.d.m.); o redactiewerk en copywriting; o grafische ontwikkeling; o webontwikkeling/webhosting en sociale media; o het opmaken, produceren en plaatsen van allerhande tentoonstellingsmateriaal; o het opnemen en produceren van allerhande beeldmateriaal (foto’s, video’s, visualisaties, e.d.m.); o luchtfotografische diensten; o het organiseren van evenementen; o het organiseren en laten uitvoeren van diverse logistieke taken en andere aanhorige activiteiten.
