Summary

Machine-generated summary

Artesis Plantijn Hogeschool Antwerpen awarded a contract to renew and extend its building management system. The works replaced the existing automatic controls of the HVAC installation with new controls that can be driven from a building management system covering both the Lange Nieuwstraat and Meistraat campuses. Existing electrical boards, power supplies, sensors and cabling were retained, while regulators, field equipment and programming formed part of the contract. The system had to be expandable for future buildings. The contract was awarded to Verwarmingstechnieken Verelst for EUR 347,053.54, split into a fixed and a conditional section.
