Uitvoeren van interventies, onderhouds- en aanpassingswerken aan elektrische installaties, waaronder stroomverdeling, verlichting, beveiligings- en communicatiesystemen en aanverwante elektrische toepassingen; Uitvoeren van interventies, onderhouds- en aanpassingswerken aan mechanische installaties en technische uitrustingen, inclusief ondersteunende mechanische werkzaamheden.; Uitvoeren van onderhoud, herstellingen, aanpassingen en interventies aan verwarmings-, ventilatie-, koel- en sanitaire installaties.; Uitvoeren van diverse ondersteunende werkzaamheden aan gebouwen en infrastructuur, waaronder kleine herstellingen, aanpassingen en praktische ondersteuning. De prestaties kunnen zowel betrekking hebben op geplande werkzaamheden als op dringende interventies en kunnen variëren van kortlopende opdrachten tot langdurige ondersteuning.
