Description

Raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van resultaatsgerichte en duurzame glazenwasserijdiensten ten behoeve van de school-, administratieve en technische gebouwen van het Autonoom Gemeentebedrijf Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen (AG SO). De diensten worden uitgevoerd overeenkomstig een van tevoren en in onderling overleg bepaald werkprogramma, te bespreken tussen de opdrachtnemer en de leidend ambtenaar van AG SO. De opdrachtnemer wordt na toewijzing van de opdracht geacht alle nodige voorbereidingen te treffen om een vlotte, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening te kunnen uitvoeren gedurende gans de looptijd van deze opdracht, in overleg met de leidend ambtenaar. AG SO gaat uit van een proactieve en kwaliteitsgerichte houding van de opdrachtnemer. De opdracht omvat verschillende typen gebouwen, zoals administratieve, technische en schoolgebouwen. In de gebouwen kunnen ook andere activiteiten gehuisvest zijn, zoals (buitenschoolse) kinderopvang, cultureel centrum, administratieve diensten ... De gebouwen bevinden zich op het grondgebied van de stad Antwerpen, met enkele gebouwen te Brasschaat, Borsbeek en Burcht. De adressen van de locaties zijn opgenomen in bijgevoegde detaillijst met de verschillende locaties (zie bijlage F ‘Detaillijst gebouwen AG SO’). Zie hoofdstuk III. Technische bepalingen.
