Summary

Machine-generated summary

Belgium-based contracting authority seeks a multi-year framework agreement for 2026 to 2030 covering preliminary studies and installation of electric vehicle charging points, including management applications. The estimated maximum value is 65 million euro and the contract consists of a single lot. Selected providers must also be able to offer charging infrastructure to employees, including installation. The buyer is looking for all-in partners who, directly or through subcontracting, act as Charge Point Integrator (installer of charging points), Charge Point Operator (digital management platform after installation) and Mobility Service Provider (administrator of charging cards), and who provide the services needed to maintain the charging infrastructure properly.
