De opdracht betreft de levering van producten en diensten voor de volgende instellingen: - Scholengroepen van het GO! - Onderwijsinstellingen van het GO! ook kinderdagverblijven en internaten - Aan het GO! Gelieerde VZW’s, zoals GO! Foundation, GO! Sociale dienst, GO! profo. - De personeelsleden van GO! - Centrale administratie van het GO! Het centrale niveau van het GO! staat in voor het opvolgen van de gunningsprocedure. In toepassing van artikel 2, 6° van de Wet overheidsopdrachten, zal het centrale niveau van GO! als aankoopcentrale fungeren in die zin dat ze deze overheidsopdracht of raamovereenkomst plaatst voor leveringen en diensten die bestemd zijn voor de hogergenoemde instellingen. Het centrale niveau van GO!, de scholengroepen van GO! en de onderwijsinstellingen van GO! behoren tot eenzelfde rechtspersoon. De scholengroepen hebben evenwel autonome bevoegdheid om overheidsopdrachten te gunnen. Het betreft hier in grote lijnen het aanbieden van accespoints, switchen, back 2 back support, beheer, connectiviteit, firewall, straal verbinding, camerabewaking, inbraakdetectie, brandbeveiliging en toegangscontrole, onderhoud / SLA, VOIP, site survey voor Wifi en bekabeling, bekabeling, bluetooth sensoren en ook aanbod ‘as a service’.; Dit perceel omvat de levering, installatie, configuratie, ondersteuning en exploitatie van een Wifi-as-a-Service (WaaS)- oplossing, gebaseerd op slimme antennetechnologie, uitstekende prestaties in drukke omgevingen en betrouwbare dekking in complexe netwerkomgevingen zoals scholen. De dienstverlening omvat zowel de hardware als de bijhorende software, monitoring en ondersteuning.; Dit perceel omvat de levering, plaatsing, indienststelling en periodiek onderhoud van een geïntegreerd beveiligingssysteem, mogelijks bestaande uit camerabewaking, inbraakdetectie en toegangscontrole. Het systeem moet eventueel worden aangesloten op het netwerk- en connectiviteitsinfrastructuur en volledige integratie mogelijk maken met het bestaande of nieuw aan te leggen netwerkplatform.; Dit perceel omvat de levering, plaatsing, indienststelling en periodiek onderhoud van brandbeveiligingssystemen, inclusief branddetectie, brandmelding, ontruimingsalarmering (spraakalarm, indien van toepassing) en eventuele koppeling met noodverlichting en gebouwbeheersystemen.; Dit perceel omvat de levering van hoogwaardige netwerkmaterialen ter ondersteuning van de digitale infrastructuur binnen diverse onderwijsinstellingen. De aangeboden oplossing dient te voorzien in betrouwbare en schaalbare componenten, waaronder access points, switches, firewalls en cloudkeys. De aangeboden oplossingen dienen betrouwbaar, schaalbaar en compatibel te zijn met bestaande netwerkomgevingen, en moeten voldoen aan actuele normen inzake veiligheid, beheerbaarheid en energie-efficiëntie.
