Description

Op het domein van de campus Bergstraat van het Atheneum te Oudenaarde worden enkele bestaande ateliers vervangen door een nieuw gebouw. Het deel achteraan waar de huidige ateliers staan zal worden verkocht als uitbreiding bij de ontwikkelingen op de Scheldekop. Dit resulteert in een bouwproject vooraan op het domein, ter hoogte van het refter gebouw. De sloop ervan zit inbegrepen in de opdracht. Het project behelst de nieuwbouw van een compact volume met daarin een onthaal met administratie en ateliers voor houtbewerking, auto, mechanica en elektriciteit. Het nieuwe gebouw moet een nieuw elan geven aan de campus. Het moet het uithangbord van de site worden. Door de ateliers een prominente plaats te geven op het domein willen we tonen waar de school voor staat. Bijkomend moet het gebouw ook een welkom gebaar geven aan bezoekers van de campus, onder andere door een duidelijk onthaal te vormen en de site leesbaar te maken. De opdracht: Het totale project omvat:  de afbraak van G02  Nieuwbouw van een onthaalgebouw met praktijkateliers (hout, koetswerk, mechanica, fiets, elektriciteit…)  Omgevingsaanleg rondom het nieuwe gebouw  verkoop delen van het perceel (buiten scope opdracht)
