Description

UZ Leuven is een universitair ziekenhuis waar patiënten kunnen rekenen op gespecialiseerde zorg en innovatieve behandelingen gecombineerd met humane aandacht en respect voor elke persoon. Dagelijks leveren bijna 10.000 gepassioneerde medewerkers de best mogelijke zorg op maat. Om de best mogelijke zorg te blijven garanderen is gekozen om het bestaande systeem van DECT-toestellen te vervangen. De opdracht kadert binnen de strategische keuze van de Aanbesteder om te evolueren naar een “Mobile First” communicatiemodel waarbij mobiele toestellen (smartphones en specifieke basic phones) fungeren als primaire communicatiemiddelen voor zorg- en ondersteunende processen. De gevraagde oplossing is gebaseerd op Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) als primaire spraaktechnologie, aangevuld met mobiele netwerken waar noodzakelijk en dient de gefaseerde afbouw en vervanging van de bestaande DECT-infrastructuur te ondersteunen. De aanbesteder wenst een oplossing die voldoet aan het volgende: - vervanging van alle DECT-toestellen door smartphones en basic-phones - integratie met bestaande en nieuwe apps waaronder verpleegoproepsystemen, EPD, interne alarmeringssystemen. - hoge betrouwbaarheid voor kritische communicatie - minimaal 5 jaar ondersteuning op toestellen, updates en security patches De opdracht omvat het aanleveren van toestellen. De oplossing dient te voldoen aan de huidige wetgeving, NIS2, GDPR en wettelijk kader rond dataverwerking. - Geschikt voor bellen via Voice over WiFi - Integreerbaar met zorg- en communicatieapplicaties - Inzetbaar zijn voor een brede gebruikerspopulatie - Beschikken over hoge robuustheid en lange batterijduur - De toestellen moeten centraal beheerd kunnen worden door de IT-dienst, inclusief configuratie, updates, beveiliging en opvolging.; - Geschikt voor bellen via Voice over Wifi - Beschikken over hoge robuustheid en lange batterijduur - De toestellen moeten centraal beheerd kunnen worden door de IT-dienst, inclusief configuratie, updates, beveiliging en opvolging.
