De opdracht betreft de levering, installatie, indienststelling en het onderhoud van angiografiesystemen ter vervanging van de bestaande toestellen in de angiozalen. De opdracht is opgedeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1: angiografiesysteem voor perifere en abdominale interventionele radiologie (monoplane); Perceel 2: angiografiesysteem voor interventionele neuroradiologie (biplane). De opdracht omvat eveneens alle noodzakelijke randapparatuur, software, integratie met bestaande ziekenhuis- en IT-systemen, opleiding van gebruikers en technische ondersteuning, conform de bepalingen van het bestek. Dit perceel betreft de levering, installatie en indienststelling van een monoplane angiografiesysteem voor gebruik binnen de interventionele radiologiezaal, bestemd voor perifere en abdominale toepassingen. Het systeem dient geschikt te zijn voor een breed scala aan diagnostische en therapeutische procedures en moet een hoge beeldkwaliteit, flexibiliteit en efficiëntie van de workflow waarborgen. Het systeem zal worden ingezet voor diagnostische angiografische onderzoeken (o.a. aorta, ledematen, nierslagaders en abdominale organen), alsook voor diverse interventionele procedures, waaronder embolisaties, trombolyses en interventionele oncologische behandelingen (zoals transarteriële (chemo-)embolisatie, SIRT en thermische ablatie). Daarnaast moet het systeem ondersteuning bieden voor aanvullende interventies, zoals percutane galweginterventies, TIPSS, gynaecologische interventies, wervelkolomprocedures, drainages en percutane biopsieën.; Dit perceel betreft de levering, installatie en indienststelling van een biplane angiografiesysteem voor gebruik binnen de interventionele neuroradiologiezaal, hoofdzakelijk bestemd voor cerebrale en spinale toepassingen. Het systeem dient geschikt te zijn voor een breed scala aan hooggespecialiseerde diagnostische en therapeutische procedures, en moet uitblinken in beeldkwaliteit, precisie, snelheid en workflow-efficiëntie, in het bijzonder voor tijdskritische interventies. Het systeem zal worden ingezet voor interventionele neuroradiologie, waaronder de behandeling van ischemische beroertes (mechanische thrombectomie, thromboaspiratie en intra-arteriële thrombolyse), embolisatie van cerebrale aneurysmata, AVM’s en durale fistels, diverse stentingprocedures (carotis, vertebralis en intracranieel), en andere gespecialiseerde onderzoeken en behandelingen (o.a. WADA-test, ballonocclusietest en sinus petrosus sampling), inclusief pediatrische toepassingen. Daarnaast moet het systeem eveneens ondersteuning bieden voor algemene interventionele radiologie en oncologische procedures, zoals embolisaties, trombolyses, transarteriële (chemo-)embolisatie, SIRT, thermische ablatie, TIPSS, gynaecologische en wervelkolominterventies, drainages en percutane biopsieën.
