oorwerp van deze diensten: De opdracht betreft de ontwikkeling en oplevering van een zorgspecifiek CO₂-rapporteringplatform, inclusief meet- en beslissingsstrategie, geautomatiseerde berekening, visualisatie en simulatie van reductiemaatregelen, ondersteund door een schaalbaar dataplatform en geïntegreerde projectaansturing, waarbij flexibiliteit en het vermijden van vendor lock-in centraal staan. Toelichting : Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met één opdrachtnemer voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en opleveren van een zorgspecifiek CO2-rapporteringsplatform voor Ziekenhuis aan de Stroom (ZAS) vzw. ZAS is een fusieorganisatie die bestaat uit meerdere ziekenhuiscampussen en ondersteunende diensten, met een complexe en grootschalige zorgstructuur. Binnen deze context is er nood aan een geintegreerde toepassing die de ecologische voetafdruk van zorgtrajecten en verlening, gebouwen enzovoort in kaart brengt.  Doel van de opdracht : De opdracht heeft tot doel het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en opleveren van een zorgspecifiek CO₂-rapporteringplatform voor Ziekenhuis aan de Stroom (ZAS), dat ZAS in staat stelt haar CO₂-voetafdruk op een gestructureerde, reproduceerbare en toekomstbestendige manier in kaart te brengen, te analyseren en te reduceren. De opdracht bestaat niet louter uit het opleveren van een rapporteringstool, maar uit het ontwikkelen van een abstract, zorgspecifiek en toekomstbestendig emissiemodel, ondersteund door een robuuste data-architectuur die toelaat om gegevens uit meerdere complexe bronsystemen te ontsluiten, te modelleren en reproduceerbaar te verwerken.
