Deze opdracht heeft tot doel om na een procedure in twee fasen een overheidsopdracht te sluiten met één opdrachtnemer die gespecialiseerd is in: • Het opmaken van inrichtingsconcepten en inrichtingsplannen van kantoorruimtes; • Het opmaken van uitvoeringsplannen en bijhorende uitvoeringsbegroting; • De volledige uitvoering en coördinatie van de inrichtingswerken, inclusief de werfopvolging van zowel de kantoorinrichting als de bredere bouwkundige en technische werkzaamheden die een impact hebben op de inrichting. Dit omvat de opvolging van de werken op de werf, de afstemming met andere betrokken partijen en het waarborgen van de kwaliteitscontrole, planning en budgetbewaking gedurende het volledige traject; • Het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van een change management-plan, inclusief de transformatie van de werkomgeving en het ondersteunen van individuen en teams bij een succesvolle overgang naar hun nieuwe werkomgeving met een participatieve aanpak; • De planning, coördinatie en uitvoeren van de effectieve verhuis naar de nieuwe kantoren.
