Description

Deze opdracht heeft tot doel om na een procedure in twee fasen een raamovereenkomst te sluiten met één dienstverlener voor de vernieuwing van de terminals én de volledige ondersteunende diensten, inclusief de connectiviteit met ons centraal systeem, die behoren tot de corebusiness van de Nationale Loterij. Zie de opdrachtdocumenten FASE 1 te downloaden via de website e-procurement: https://www.publicprocurement.be. Het gaat hier om een procedure in 2 fases. Het onderzoek en selectie van de kandidaten is gebaseerd op de selectieleidraad (fase 1). D.w.z. dat alléén uw antwoord voor FASE 1 (selectiefase) moet ingediend worden via de e-procurement platform. De eventuele vragen en antwoorden en rechtzettingen zullen ook gepubliceerd worden op diezelfde website. De Nationale Loterij behoudt zich aldus het recht voor om eventuele vragen die gesteld worden tijdens fase 1 en die betrekking hebben op fase 2, nog niet te beantwoorden. Gelieve dus deze aankondiging van opdracht regelmatig te consulteren. Het bestek (fase 2) worden hier alleen 'ter informatie' gegeven. Wegens het vertrouwelijk karakter van de informatie in de bijlagen van het bestek, worden deze documenten in fase 1 niet ter beschikking gesteld.
