Om de opdrachtdocumenten te kunnen downloaden wordt u gevraagd een e-mailadres op te geven. Op dit e-mailadres zal alle eventuele communicatie gevoerd worden tijdens de plaatsingsprocedure, zoals daar zijn de eventuele vragen en antwoorden, ontbrekende pagina's of documenten,... Het is in uw belang dat u de opdrachtdocumenten via de link vermeld in het publicatiebericht downloadt en een geldig e-mailadres opgeeft. Verschillende bouwtechnische gebreken werden opgesomd. Om het verlies van de onderwijsbevoegdheid voor de academie na een volgende inspectieronde te voorkomen, dringen noodzakelijke werken zich op. Enkele ruimtes zullen definitief gesloten worden. Om dit op te vangen is het noodzakelijk om klascontainers op de site van de academie te plaatsen. Door het plaatsen van deze containers, gecombineerd met werken in het gebouw, hebben we een kortetermijnoplossing en is de academie in orde voor een volgende inspectieronde. De termijn van 8 jaar met mogelijkheid om te verlengen met 1 jaar is nodig om, naast het kortermijnplan, te werken aan een lange termijn oplossing voor de huisvesting van het volledige Oostendse Deeltijds Kunstonderwijs, aangezien beide locaties uitdagingen met zich meebrengen wat betreft toegankelijkheid en beschikbare oppervlakte. De huidige gebouwen zijn niet geschikt om de ambities die een laagdrempelig, inclusief en gedifferentieerd kunstonderwijs omvatten, te ontwikkelen. Om alle mogelijkheden te verkennen en een toekomstvisie te ontwikkelen, is het noodzakelijk om de containers gedurende 8 jaar met mogelijks 1 jaar verlenging te installeren op de huidige site in de Dr. Verhaeghestraat.
