Het betreft een gemeenschappelijke openbare procedure voor toelevering van voor 4 verschillende ziekenhuizen, Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen, AZ Voorkempen, AZ Monica en AZ Klina. De inschrijver aan wie de opdracht gegund wordt, zal elk ziekenhuis apart beleveren en factureren, conform de afspraken in dit bestek en de algemene lever- en aankoopvoorwaarden van elk ziekenhuis apart. Indien de afspraken in dit bestek zouden afwijkend zijn van de algemene lever- en aankoopvoorwaarden van een ziekenhuis, dan primeren de afspraken in dit bestek. Leveringsplaats: Apotheek van de respectievelijke ziekenhuizen - AZ Monica campus Deurne, dienst Apotheek, Florent Pauwelslei 1 te 2100 Deurne (gekoelde producten) en via loskade magazijn Dascottelei 139-141, 2100 Deurne (alle andere producten) - Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen, dienst Apotheek, Wilrijkstraat 10 te 2650 Edegem - AZ Voorkempen (apotheek eerste verdieping), Oude Liersebaan 4 te 2390 Malle - AZ Klina, dienst apotheek (Loskade 1), Augustijnslei 100 te 2930 Brasschaat Aankoopcentrale: In toepassing van artikel 2, 6° a en 7° a van de wet van 17 juni 2016 betreffende de overheidsopdrachten, zal AZ Klina vzw optreden als aankoopcentrale in die zin dat het overheidsopdrachten of raamovereenkomsten met betrekking tot werken, leveringen of diensten plaatst die bestemd zijn voor aanbestedende overheden of aanbestedende entiteiten. Het opdrachtgevend bestuur treedt op als aankoopcentrale voor de plaatsing van de opdracht tot en met de toewijzing van de opdracht. De aankoopcentrale treedt niet meer op in naam van de deelnemers in het kader van de uitvoering van de opdracht. De bestellingen die op basis van het door de aankoopcentrale afgesloten contract worden geplaatst, gebeuren dus niet door de aankoopcentrale zelf, maar door de deelnemers die gebruik mogen maken van het contract afgesloten door de opdrachtencentrale. De facturen van de leverancier of dienstverlener zullen dus nooit door de aankoopcentrale worden betaald
