Deze opdracht wordt uitgeschreven door vzw Algemeen Ziekenhuis Klina, Augustijnslei 100, 2930 Brasschaat, KBO nr. 0434.302.850, hierna aangeduid als de aanbestedende overheid en AZ Klina. Elke onderneming die een offerte indient, wordt aangeduid als inschrijver. De inschrijver aan wie de overheidsopdracht wordt gegund, wordt na gunning aangeduid als de leverancier. Situering: medicatiedistributie in AZ Klina De medicatiedistributie in AZ Klina verloopt voorlopig volledig op basis van manuele picking. Vanuit de centrale ziekenhuisapotheek worden geneesmiddelen afgeleverd aan decentrale voorraden en op naam van patiënt voor de geplande toedieningen. De meeste afdelingen beschikken over een decentrale voorraad. Een aantal afdelingen wordt centraal bevoorraad. In de toekomst wil het ziekenhuis blijven evolueren naar een mix van centrale en decentrale distributie. Het is dan ook de bedoeling dat het aangeboden systeem uit deze opdracht hier flexibel mee kan omgaan. Doel van de opdracht: automatisatie van de centrale apotheek AZ Klina wenst toestellen en software aan te kopen waardoor de processen van de medicatiedistributie in de centrale apotheek zoveel mogelijk geautomatiseerd worden. Aansturing van het automatische magazijn en de automatische picking gebeurt door een door de inschrijver aangeboden centraal softwarepakket. De processen die geautomatiseerd kunnen worden zijn: • Stockage in een geautomatiseerd magazijn na ontvangst van de medicatie • Automatische FMD scanning (indien van toepassing) • Belevering van de dienstvoorraden (decentrale voorraden) (volledige verpakking of eenheidsdosisverpakking) • Patiënt specifieke picking en belevering (eenheidsdosisverpakking of volledige verpakking (in geval van dure medicatie voor ambulante aflevering)) • Guided picking voor belevering van producten die niet in het geautomatiseerd magazijn opgeslagen zijn Om manuele handelingen en data invoer te beperken, is gegevensoverdracht tussen de verschillende systemen van cruciaal belang, met name tussen het geautomatiseerd magazijn en Chipsoft HiX (hierna “HiX”). Maximale tracering van de medicatie van bij ontvangst tot aan aflevering is essentieel. AZ Klina wenst een gebruiksvriendelijke, performante en redundante totaaloplossing aan te kopen, voor een efficiënte, patiëntveilige en gecontroleerde medicatiedistributie op dienst- én patiëntniveau.
