De opdracht omvat het leveren van geneesmiddelen, bijzondere voeding en parafarmaceutische producten voor het woonzorgcentrum van het OCMW Halle en zijn residenten voor een periode van 4 jaar. Het OCMW Halle beschikt over één WZC, zijnde "Zonnig Huis" met 104 residenten. De opdracht omvat ook het leveren van parafarmaceutische producten voor personeel van stad en OCMW Halle alsook EHBO materiaal voor de sportactiviteiten, speelpleinactiviteiten. Perceel 1 “levering medicatie, parafarmacie en bijzondere voeding voor de bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum” Leveringsplaats: OCMW Halle, A. Demaeghtlaan 36, / te 1500 Halle Perceel 2 “leveren van para-farmaceutische producten aan stad en OCMW ” Mogelijke leveringsplaatsen (niet limitatief): Stadhuis Oudstrijdersplein 2 te 1500 Halle OCMW August Demaeghtlaan 30 te 1500 Halle JC De Kazerne, Leide 3 te 1500 Halle CC ’t Vondel, Possozplein te 1500 Halle Sportdienst, MGR Senciestrat 13 te 1500 Halle Stadsmagazijn, Robert Lariellestraat 6 te 1500 Halle Perceel 3 “levering medicatie, parafarmacie aan de kinderdagverblijven" Leveringsplaatsen: KDV Pagadderke, Balthazarstraat 4 te 1500 Halle KDV ’t Kadeeke, A Demaeghtlaan 38 te 1500 Halle Perceel 4 "Jaarlijkse controle op de EHBO-koffers" Looptijd voor de 4 percelen: 4 jaar vanaf 1/11/2026 levering medicatie, parafarmacie en bijzondere voeding voor de bewoners van het woonzorgcentrum; Bestellen via webshop. leveren van para-farmaceutische producten aan stad en OCMW; Leveren van medicatie en parafarmacie aan het Kinderdagverblijf; Indien financieel haalbaar zal dit perceel gegund worden. Zo niet blijft de controle en aanvulling in eigen beheer en worden de producten besteld via de WEBSHOP (perceel 2).
