Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Antwerp, Belgium, is procuring external guidance services to help organisations scale up photovoltaic (solar) installations on large roofs and to address grid congestion. This relates to the 'Zon op Grote Daken' (ZOGD) project and the 'solar broker' role, which supports and assists owners of large roofs in realising solar potential while tackling grid congestion and other system barriers to renewable energy growth. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement.
