Toelichting: De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel 1 “Centrale R&D-workhorse” Het aangeboden systeem dient een flexibel en modulair onderzoeksplatform te vormen voor het uitvoeren van die-attachprocessen voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en validatie van vermogenselektronicamodules. Het systeem dient de processtappen dispensing, pick-and-place, vision-based alignment en die bonding binnen één geïntegreerd platform te combineren. Perceel 2 “Sintering Device” Het aangeboden systeem dient een flexibel onderzoeksplatform te vormen voor het uitvoeren van drukgeassisteerde sinterprocessen voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en validatie van vermogenselektronicamodules. Perceel 3 “Ultrasonic Welding Machine” Het aangeboden systeem dient een flexibel onderzoeksplatform te vormen voor het uitvoeren van ultrasone metaalverbindingen voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en validatie van vermogenselektronicamodules. Perceel 4 “Wire Bonder” Het aangeboden systeem dient een flexibel onderzoeksplatform te vormen voor het uitvoeren van draad- en ribbonverbindingen voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en validatie van vermogenselektronicamodules. Er is een welbepaald budget vastgelegd. Indien de eigenlijke offerte het beschikbare budget overschrijdt, kan er afgezien worden van de aankoop. Leveringsplaatsen: VUB - Fac IR - ETEC/MOBI, Pleinlaan 2 te 1050 Brussel Centrale R&D workhorse; Sintering Device; Ultrasonic Welding Machine; Wire Bonder
