Deze raamovereenkomst heeft tot doel het juridische, financiële, technische en administratieve kader vast te stellen voor de daaropvolgende opdrachten die gedurende de geldigheidsperiode door visit.brussels zullen worden geplaatst. Deze opdrachten hebben betrekking op de productie van een hoeveelheid communicatiedragers (brochures, catalogi, folders, plannen, flyers, affiches, advertenties, documenten, enz.), bestemd voor onder meer de toeristen van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest of voor specifieke sectoren zoals de horecasector, de toeristische professionals, enz. Het betreft derhalve een opdracht voor leveringen en drukwerkdiensten, met inbegrip van de levering van diverse communicatiedragers. In het kader van deze opdracht wenst de aanbestedende overheid een duurzaam beleid te voeren met respect voor het milieu en de ecologie.
